Our story
In 2005, after founding and operating two successful event and rental companies, Harold Sr gained valuable insight into the wedding industry. Through years of experience working closely with brides and event planners, he discovered an interesting pattern: after choosing the groom, one of the first decisions a bride often makes is selecting the style of chairs for her wedding. From that choice, the overall design and décor of the entire event frequently takes shape.
Recognizing the importance of this detail, Harold Sr identified a unique business opportunity. The idea remained in his mind and heart for nearly ten years, gradually developing into a clear vision.
In 2015, while living on Long Island, New York, and serving as the Executive Director of a food festival organization, Harold Sr took the first major step toward turning that vision into reality. He founded a family business in the Dominican Republic: SES Smart Events Supplies SRL.
From its inception, SES Smart Events Supplies SRL under the new leader ship Harold Jr and his wife Erika positioned itself as one of the pioneering companies dedicated to supplying high-quality products to the event rental industry. The company specializes in importing resin and wooden chairs, tables, glassware, racks, tents in a wide range of styles and colors sourced from manufacturers around the world.
Today, the company offers more than 100 varieties of products under its own private brand, FRANKOS, serving both national and international markets.

OUR founder
Harold Sr, the founder behind our company, brings decades of experience in the event and rental industry. In 2005, after founding and operating two successful event and rental businesses, he developed a unique understanding of the details that shape unforgettable events. Through his work with brides and event planners, he noticed that once a bride chooses her groom, one of the next most important decisions is often the style of chairs for the wedding. That single choice frequently sets the tone for the entire event décor.
This observation sparked an idea that would stay with him for nearly a decade. Harold Sr recognized an opportunity to bring high-quality, stylish event furniture to rental companies and event professionals who wanted products that elevated the overall event experience.
